What is ISACA?

ISACA is a global, nonprofit professional association that provides knowledge, certifications, community, and education in IT governance, information security, risk management, and audit.

Originally known as the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, ISACA now operates under its acronym to reflect its broader focus on IT governance, risk, cybersecurity, and assurance.

The ISACA Lahore Chapter is an official local chapter of ISACA Global. It provides training, networking, knowledge sharing, and professional development opportunities for IT, audit, and cybersecurity professionals across Pakistan, especially in the Lahore region.

ISACA offers globally recognized certifications including:

  • CISA – Certified Information Systems Auditor

  • CISM – Certified Information Security Manager

  • CRISC – Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control

  • CGEIT – Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT

  • COBIT – Framework for IT governance and management
